Our Bikes

 This is mine, Novara, Jaunt xx. 
It's been three years now.  I love it.  In spite of terrible falling accident just after purchasing it in 2012, my leg was healed and the accident became a wrong dream now.  Because I fell in love with this bike when I first saw it, that accident never could make me give up to ride.  
The bike made me happy and kept bringing hope to ride well in the future.

Yes, we bought these fancy bicycles as our investment for our healthy future life three years ago.  But we are scared to do road biking so we've been riding just around our neighborhood in the past.

In addition we couldn't load two bikes in our car easily, and we had no confidence to hook them on our car either.

Replacing new bigger car or buying folding bikes?  That was a question.  But folding bikes are expensive!


One day in May, 2015, we had a great opportunity to buy this used folding bicycle from our neighbors.  We paid $60.   Mr.WhP had to fix the gear shift and lubricate bearings. 

 

I was happy and we loaded it in our car with one Novara for a while.  One day Mr. WhP  used this Schwinn folding on trail with steep slope and he didn't  like it at all.  And he figured out an easier way to load two Novara bicycles in our car.  But I wanted to utilize this bike some way for myself.  And I used it for my training of strength.

July 20th, 2016, suddenly two spokes were broken when I just start to pedal, so no longer can we use it any more.  But it didn't happen on downhill, that was very lucky for me.  

Then, The Schwinn was revived on Aug. 8. 2016.
