Nature gave us wet and cold weather. Our Gas and Electric bill got sky high. We are not rich enough not to worry about the bill.
In our house we keep it a little warmer than outside, sometimes the same as outside. Wearing too many layers of clothes is not athletic either.
We can't feel that our life is promising to be bright in the future either. The stress gets higher, the crazy appetite gets higher.
Not only my weight but also Mr. WhP's weight is getting heavier and heavier.
No wonder we lost strength.
But we did ride anyway as much as we could yesterday.
We need to go back to a healthier diet soon.
