Our purpose for continuing biking

Keep our health, Fun activity, Trip to ride for fun.
No hurry to improve anything.
Never push ourselves especially when we feel not good.

Training camp was finished so we should socialize more or do some other stuff.

The time was limited today, so we did short biking.  That was a nice recovery ride for us.
